My overall experience with Bunnell High School has been positive. I've been going here for two years since I transferred my junior year. I have not had any negative experiences with teachers and all of my teachers have been very supportive and helpful to me within my time here. The critique I have is that I would like for there to be more LGBTQ+ representation. I have not found a safe space within this school to express myself fully. It's hard to find an LGBTQ+ community that I fit into. There are not many resources and I often times don't know where to go when I have something to talk about. The students here are also very rarely supportive of my girlfriend and I. I find myself being nervous to talk to her or even hold her hand when we're around people I know are homophobic.

Bunnell is a school that has its downsides but overall is a good school. The teachers are innovative and willing to help you if you're stuck. The support for sports team is great, especially football. Bunnell is very diverse which gives you a great experience going into your future job and meeting new people's and learning about their culture.

All the good teachers get better offers to work at better schools and therefore were stuck with all the teachers who don't give a crap or are just plain uneducated about well known subjects. Also a good 1/3 of the schools population smokes and or sells vapes & weed so don't send you kid here if you don't want them to develop a habit because i can guarantee your child will be around people who smoke all the time.

My Son has been blessed with the opportunity of being educated here. And it has indeed been a roller coaster ride of sorts, but whomever said High School is a walk in the park. Administration, teachers, support services, the District are very supportive, is our family's experience. Readiness... they...

They are few good things at this school. The amount of bad teachers is equal to the amount of good teachers. A lot of the sport coaches are frustrating and are coaching recklessly. There isn't much opportunity. Students don't give feedback on how teachers teach, so they continue to faultly teach. Th...
