GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience at this school has been one to remember. I came to this school as a junior and it was very different from my old high school. This school is pretty good with sports and agriculture, it focuses on those more than any of the other programs, but the teachers here are amazing though. I've had and watched many teachers connect and work with their students. This school also has a work program that is amazing for students that need to leave early and go to work.

Throughout the years Sweetwater High School has experience many changes in the employment department, but even with difficulties they have kept the students and staff their top priority. Sweetwater High School is a safe environment for the students, and provides the educational requirements needed to help students with succeeding.

I like how my school is not large, so everyone pretty much knows each other and we are all friendly with one another. I would like to see more participation from the students and teachers and have more activities that would make coming to school a blast.

Compared to the schools I had recently attended in Florida, I would easily say this school was above average. Friendly staff, fun environment.
