The private, nondenominational Bayshore Christian School has served Tampa Bay since 1971, teaching children from as young as 2 years old up to high school seniors.
With a motto of “We are Bayshore: Scholars, Leaders, Faith Warriors,” the school molds each of these aspects in their pupils.
Scholastically, education starts with essential core knowledge like reading, writing, math and social studies. As students progress, their academic lives become more challenging. Eighth graders can enroll in up to four high school classes, and high schoolers can take Advanced Placement courses and dual enroll in the local community college.
Students hone their leadership skills through involvement in such activities as student government, interest clubs and honor societies, and serving as a manager for the school’s annual theatrical productions.
Bayshore creates Faith Warriors in more ways than one. It’s the nickname for the school’s middle and high school athletic teams, which compete in several sports, from flag football to golf. Spiritually, students in every grade receive daily Bible instruction, go on mission trips and attend weekly chapel services.
As a result, Bayshore Christian Academy turns out graduates who are prepared to make a positive impact on the world!

My Sons time at Bayshore Christian was a great experience, he really excelled in his academics from being in a public school to going to a private. I really enjoyed the faculty and staff they were great ,especially the Guidance Counselor she really help me as Parent to make sure my son was taking the right classes for college, and for that I am trully greatfull. BCS gave me a fresh start after a difficult time in my high school career. The teachers are so compassionate towards every one of their students, and extremely passionate about the subject(s) they teach. The diversity among the students adds compelling new flavors to the campus life. The BCS faculty and mission successfully cultivate a strong drive to learn new things.
