Good school, love the people here. The teachers don't try however and there are only a small handful passionate about teaching and give effort and make school fun. The sports are good and we have great school spirit. Florida school food is honestly terrible compared to other states I have friends from Texas and their lunches are 1000x better. Over all pretty decent school definitely one of the better ones in the county.

East lake high school only cares about what grades their students get. Not their actual students. There are some brilliant teachers that work at east lake that make it more enjoyable though.

East Lake High is a great school, I think it is the best in Pinellas County. Academic success is very possible if you put in the work. I love the teachers, for the most part they all teach well. Administration is a little strict but no big deal there. Overall, it's a great school.

The new principal mr.schimt is very controlling and mean to staff. A bunch of teachers and admin I knew all of my four years of highschool left after class of 2023 graduated.
