Tascosa High School was a mix of good and bad experiences. I had great teachers who cared and pushed me to do better, and I made friendships that will last a lifetime. But sometimes it felt like not all student voices were heard, and mental health support could be stronger. I'd love to see the school become more inclusive and focused on student well-being. Overall, Tascosa helped shape who I am today.

The best high school in Amarillo, Texas, it's located in a good physical location near restaurants for students, simple classroom/school layout, great coaches and instructors of music, and offers all the possible class options anyone can find something they are interested in.

Tascosa has been a great school for me, I've met people who I really love there and I even got to go to AmTech which I'm really grateful for since it's a big opportunity. The only downside to this school was really just on my part in the beginning, since I was really shy and didn't really ask much questions I didn't find out a lot of stuff but now I do and everyone gives me the feedback and answers I need and I'm thankful for all the great teachers there that have helped me come this far.

Violent school. Fights, weapons, drugs are all common occurrences. Two very busy full-time police officers on staff. The school has bullies with parents in the Administration, so little punishment from the school for atrocious acts. Though no gangs evident, school life resembles closer to gang or pr...
