I like that Alexander Central High School is opening up to and offering new courses and opportunities such as the idea of AP rotation that allows you to take two courses within the same class period, with which class depending on the day of the week. Something I dislike is the delay sometimes experienced with decision-making at the county level.

The community of people is really close. Everyone knows everyone and the school makes avid efforts to showcase accomplishments within the student body.

Such a great environment with teachers who really care about students' success. The campus is very big and pretty with space to walk around or have study hall. ACHS's Cohort class is by far my favorite thing about the school. We take CVCC classes with 24 other cohort students at AC and take our path on completing the first year of an Associate in Arts degree.
