Telstar is a great school for children. The staff are caring and work hard to help students master the skills to be successful. Telstar needs more parental and community involvement. Telstar is facing many of the same issue other public school districts are facing. Majority of the parents are not supporting the teachers efforts to the children the be successful (Not all parent, but most). The teachers need are simply tired, discouraged, and feeling defeating . This is the worst school to put your children in. The teachers are rude my children come home crying beacuse of how rudes the teachers are. The discipline certian children and others they do not. My kids have come home with hand prints on them and bruises from kids hitting and punching them. Really...
