I have attended Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy since 3rd grade. Academics were definitely more challenging considering the school I went to before, but now it is great. TJCA has a great community and opportunities.

the best things at Thomas jefferson classical academy are the days we had tournaments like powder puff football or the volleyball tournament or the dodgeball tournament. worst part is probably how bad our sports teams are because most of them suck besides the running ones like track and soccer

I started to TJ when I was in 3rd grade. I was certainly behind their standards. I had to work hard to catch up. They were certainly more challenging than the public school I had attended. I loved going to Thomas Jefferson, but they did not accept anything less than your best. The teachers were great but expected a lot from the students. There was no slacking. I graduated with honors and was accepted to a college in the honors program. I have found I am ahead of many of my college classmates in my academic level. Thank you TJCS
