GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is an okay school, with okay food, with okay teachers and staff. There is nothing that is great about this school.

A very good school with great staff members. It provides free lunches and lots of extracurricular activities; which is great for any student. However, the sport variety isn't the best. Most of the school's energy focuses on basketball and football- but that's to be expected.

Upson Lee High was a good high School with there being plenty of sports and clubs to join. However, the Honors classes were, in my opinion, a better environment for learning since no one was in the mindset of 'school is whatever'. Normal classes tended to be very slow run and there were too many chances for students who didn't do work to do the late assignments. Which I thought was odd since colleges aren't lenient on late assignments.

The students take the same classes all year long, watch too many movies, and the principal gets paid too much for what he does.
