What I like about Thorp High School is that it is a small community and everyone knows everyone. They are very kind to new people too. But what I don't like is they made a new rule. This rule is that every student gets 3 passes per class, per quarter. And you have to use them if you want to leave the room, like the bathroom, locker, another teacher, and ect. But if you run out of the passes your teacher will not let you leave, but of course some teacher will.

Thorp High School is a very small school. They spend a lot of there time and resources helping students that need a little extra push. Which is great for those students. Although, they sometimes forget about the students that are trying their hardest and have very big goals. It would be great for the schools to put a little less attention on sports and more on furthering the students that are enrolled.

There are a multitude of trade classes offered, and opportunities to take AP classes. The teachers are great about helping students and for the most part offering a wide variety of options to excel. However, there is only one foreign language course, and sometimes the school seems to cater to the people who aren't as advanced.

All my children attended this school and we left the district by the time our youngest was in high school. The disrespect and disruptions that were allowed in the classroom were very discouraging. Students who had parents employed by the district were some of the worse. Very behind especially in the...
