GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Timbo High School in Timbo, Arkansas is a very small school. The smallness in the school has both its positive and negative aspects to it. One positive is that everyone knows everyone and it is easier to learn one on one, which for me is a more effective way of learning. One negative aspect though is because of its small quantity, the resources are low. However, the school does provide as many resources as they can at times.

Timbo is a small school in a small town. The real world does not hardly compare. This school did effectively prepare me for what to expect in a college and the tools that were available to help me decide what career path I wanted to go down.
