TBHS has a good variety of AP and Dual Credit classes which is very helpful. This school does a good job at offering classes to prepare us academically for college. However, this school does not do as good of a job with teaching us how to apply for colleges or scholarships.

In my time so far attending Troy Buchanan High I have loved every small piece of it. I feel each and every teacher will try to make a connection with you and try to find an amazing way to help you when you need it. They also are very involved in there sports. I am a wrestler for them and I am able to mange my academics along with my wrestling without having to worry about falling beside. Safe to say is that I love Troy and could never ask for a better experience.

It is probably the best high school experience I've had. There are so many different things to do and so many types of classes to take, we have band, choir, theater and so many more things. The FFA program is phenomenal and the biggest in our state currently, there are many nice teachers and many nice students. Troy is an amazing place to be and go to school.

My daughter was bullied in the locker room by a female basketball coach and after reporting to DESE, the situation was covered up by the internal polotics of the school board. After playing ever since she was in kindergarten her self esteem and confidence are still affected. The Penn State attitude...
