Tanque Verde High school is an interesting high school with many opportunities waiting around each corner. I fell down the FFA rabbit hole at this high school and now I'm obsessed. The agriculture teacher is one of the most caring teachers, but not emotionally, he wants you to be able to succeed career-wise while also being a tad silly and erratic. Tanque Verde also has a really good band and Fine Arts program, the marching and jazz band are things I don't partake in but admire from afar. In terms of diversity, I'd say it's lacking. Most kids here are white with semi-wealthy parents.

Tanque Verde High School mostly focuses about academics and how to get their students ready for college. They have resources and regularly checks in on students. They help plan what classes to take in the future to prepare students for the careers they want. Though the worst part of school is the size of the school. We have a large population of students, but not enough classrooms to support the growing number of students that come in every year.

A good school. It really helped me to prepare for college and offered a lot of AP and some DE classes. The staff is really awesome except for a few who really were not great, but they were still good teachers.

According to the student handbook, that should not have happened. My son in terrified of this campus now.Their handbook states: A student who violates...

Students, staff, and parents are all very nice and supportive. Minus one star because the educational standard could be higher.
