A private Catholic school, the curriculum is structured with an emphasis on Catholic Benedictine core values, which include developing socially responsible work ethics and a commitment to community service. At the edge of the centrally located Forest Hills-Wildwood neighborhood, Monte Cassino School serves students from all over the Tulsa metro area. Monte Cassino School comprises three schools—an early childhood learning center, an elementary school and a middle school. Each school is focused on meeting the needs of students at their specific age level, and teachers, parents, and students work together to challenge the mind and nurture the spirit. Each school has its own library with age-appropriate resources and seating areas for reading and research. At all ages, students interact with various art forms, with middle schoolers learning advanced practices, like choreography and three-dimensional art. Monte Cassino School promotes healthy living and physical fitness through its athletic programs. Ninety-two percent of the student body participates in one of the seven sports offered within the curriculum. In addition to sports, there are multiple extracurricular activities offered, including academic bowl teams and music classes.
