My experience at Tyler high was half way good and the other half not so good. The staff will talk about the children badly. The students sometimes tried their best no matter how hard you tried it would always be trouble coming to find you

My experience at Tyler High School has had its ups and downs, but most of all I had the opportunity to meet some fantastic teachers who made me see high school life differently, i also met lots of new friends with whom I see my future. One of the worst things that happened to me was that I lost many people who I loved who I thought were my future. One thing for sure is that I will never forget Tyler High, I will always have all the good memories in my heart and the challenges will help me grow as I continue with my adult life

I've had a wonderful four years going to Tyler High. It started a little rough, since I wasn't originally from the area, but as the years progressed, I found a home, friends, and more family. I became a cheerleader and worked part-time so these things helped mold me. My shyness, my leadership abilities and just the all-around person I am today. I wouldn't change a thing about my high school years, experiences or life lessons that I was taught.

JT has made some tremendous academic gains these past two years. We truly appreciate the direction that Dr. Kenneth Gay is moving the school forward and bringing academic pride back to JT!!!
