Tyler high school is an okay school. They really set their boundaries high and expect so much out of their students. They let us have our fun and still make sure we get on our work

Some of my best times in my High school years, would have to be from being in band, whether it is Marching or Concert. It may be difficult sometimes, but the trips and the goals are worth it, I've made some good friends along the way and I am glad that I am apart of it.

My experience at Tyler high was half way good and the other half not so good. The staff will talk about the children badly. The students sometimes tried their best no matter how hard you tried it would always be trouble coming to find you

JT has made some tremendous academic gains these past two years. We truly appreciate the direction that Dr. Kenneth Gay is moving the school forward and bringing academic pride back to JT!!!
