My school is a semi big school. I've attended this district my whole life and it has had its ups and downs. If I had to pick something I ant to see change it would be the overall acceptance and some change being made against bullying. I would like to see students being more open and supportive. I want students who are apart of the LGBT to know they are safe to go to school and not feel like they need to hide. I want our school to take action when it comes to student being bulled or harassed. Nothing ever gets done about it. Our school isn't the best but its ok. We have lost a couple students to suicide and I would like for our school to talk more about who we can go to if we ever feel like that.

Tyrone area high school was a school full of a 50/50 ratio of teachers and faculty members that take sexual harassments and bulling seriously . leaving to a school of 'off-limits' sections if you don't want to be a victim . leaving to some very difficult learning so most of the students . some teachers having more pole than others . So it doesn't matter if you did good or not if they didn't like you . you weren't getting a good grade. Other teachers couldn't do anything. Suck it up buttercup and try being liked by the monster teachers if you wish to pass the class.

I graduated from here and I work here. Both of our children go to this school. I love everything about it.

As a parent of two TAHS students, I can't say enough about how well prepared they are for their careers in chemical engineering and graphic design. In 2019, Tyrone High's teachers placed 5th among over 500 non-charter high schools with a nearly perfect building score. A National Blue Ribbon winner f...
