Urbana High School is full of amazing teachers but also teachers who should not be teaching. There is no school spirit, most students are more academically motivated. Urbana is one of the better schools in Frederick County and has a lot more diversity than most schools. The classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes each and this actually helped me prepare for the length of college lectures.

During my time at Urbana, I had a generally good experience that happened to have some unfortunate moments. For the most part, the school does a good job at maintenance and upkeep, but very often there would be mice and other animals.

They are not athletes, but hard-working kids that focus on their classes. They did better in some areas than in others, but overall received a...

This was a four star school in the past when my oldest child attended but sadly has has gone way downhill in the past few years. Several of the staff and teachers have developed a superiority complex that they use to belittle, bully, and intimidate students and even the parents. Inquiries and compla...
