GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

They really stepped up with helping seniors find their way with my graduating class but before us there was very little help. Hopefully it continues to get better once we graduate. There are a few absolutely amazing teachers but also a few below average. Overall my experience wasn't terrible but it could have been better.

I loved going to utica high school, the teacher want the best for students. Althought the sports arent always having winning season their is a good amount of support from the student body. Being part of that culture largely affected who I am today and I will never forget my time there.

Overall, this high school did a poor job preparing me for college and the real-world after college. My most valuable "life skills" class was a personal finance elective. Besides this class, efforts did not seem to be taken to teach about taxes, investing, and other valuable life skills. The majority of the teachers are great people though.
