GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Van Buren High School has a very good learning environment. I have been a Van Buren student since I was in preschool. There are some amazing features of Van Buren one of them being the great access to technology and the woods shop that Van Buren offers. Van Buren also has a student-led store that sells Van Buren apparel. The worst part that I have experienced through Van Buren has been how old the building is. There will be random days that the gym smells like a sewage leak. I would like to see the school update their building so it has more of a welcoming feeling.

Van Buren high school is an amazing school that involved many people of different races, cultures and disabilities. However, staffing has been an ongoing problem in our school. We've had to switch around teachers to different classes to teach along with stack teachers with many classes so that we get the education we need.

It is a fun school, the teachers are willing to help you anytime you need help and the students in each classroom is also not that high which is good.

Top notch. The education my daughter is receiving here vs Bowling Green is amazing. So glad we open enrolled her here.

There were many difference between the two schools, but the biggest was that I never felt "in touch" with anything at Findlay HS. It was just too big and there were just way too man...
