I've been going to Van High School all my life. I enjoy going to the staff are great. The counselors are extremely helpful and ready to accommodate your needs. They accept everyone with open arms and make sure you are not only college but life-ready. The only issue I've had with the school is their focus on what students are doing rather than trying to help them. If a student has a bad reputation they a quick to judge without knowing the entire situation and just go based on past experiences.

I have gone to Van since Kindergarten, and now that I am a senior here I would recommend it to anyone. We have so many different things to participate in from sports, band, FFA, robotics, choir, BBQ team, and many different UIL teams.

My overall experience here was pretty fun the football games and pep rallies are always fun. It was difficult to get through at some points but I believe that is just life being life.

We came from a huge city (2+ million population) to Van. I had interactions with the district Superintendent, the Elementary Principal and the HS VP and Principal. The office staff in the Elem, Jr High and HS are rude and unsophisticated. They lack people skills and are not outgoing. They are terrib...
