As a field trip leader, I work with all the elementary schools in Vancouver. Chinook is low-need with a low reduced lunch rate but the kids from the lower-resource neighborhood schools show up better able learn and much better behaved. Parent and teacher engagement was low; only 2 out of the request...

Both my girls go to Chinook and couldn't be happier. Teachers are great and caring. Office staff is friendly. Love the Principal and AP Mr Lapidus and Mr Jordan.
