I enjoyed my four years at VCHS. I made great life long friends, learned so much, and had some really great teachers. The administration could have been better but overall it's a great institution.

I like all of my teachers at this school. Our school is about the same as most schools around here. I also love our band program, although we went from having 60+ participants in 2015 to having under 30 participants. We also have a small issue in our Physical Education program. Our school will not follow the state rules in this class. We also have problems with our lunch program. The cooks still fry food which is completely against state food rules. Other than these complaints I think our school is average.

I have attended Vandalia High School for 4 years now and my experience has been great. I think the more involved you are with clubs and sports helps you grow and enjoy high school. There are some really great teachers here who know how to help each student individually as well.
