Wagener- Salley is a small town school. Meaning, most students who come here, are sons/daughters of previous graduates. When speaking to parents, many say the school environment (physical and mental) is the same that it has been for the past 20 or so years. Though the school may be the same, it's fallen nothing short of special. My experience at Wagener- Salley was definitely a roller coaster. Wagener- Salley has taught me a lot about myself and about others. My school has its ups and downs but where we prosper is as a community. The people I've met at Wagener- Salley will forever hold a special place in my heart as I know it does for many others.

I like that all student have a teacher that is ready to help them with any problems they have at any moment. I would like to see the school try to give the kids more time to be outside and less cramped in class.

I would like to see more changes. Wagener-Sally High is a great school and it may be small physically but, we are strong in heart and spirit and something good is always to come here. We make do with what we have and we have an excellent JROTC championship program and just about all our seniors have applied and got into the University of their choice. The teachers and staff are always willing to help and their whenever you need them.

I went to this school for four years of my life and let me tell you they were horrible. This is a small town where everybody knows everybody so its hard to separate school from home. The teachers went here with many of the parents when they were in high school and they've known a lot of the kids the...

Teachers and administrators work hard to ensure the education of each student. Discipline is strict and rules are enforced. Parents with the complaints usually have the children who break the rules.

There are serious problems with the administration at WSHS. The district doesn't seem to care or is not willing to fix the problems. Really disturbing rumors about the principal are whispered by parents, students and even teachers. Some people say this is where they send their problem administrators...
