My experience with Wagener Salley is twofold. I obtained my diploma as well as my daughter. The staff was caring towards my child and the teachers showed personal interest is her excelling in her academics. It would benefit the school to obtain funds for improvements to benefit the student body as a whole.

The teachers are helpful and classes are small. The one thing I would change would be to update the school.

It is a small school that allows people to become great friends for life over 4 years. The small school is built upon tradition within a small community that has seen many great days. Many teachers and staff members are very nice and responding to students.

I went to this school for four years of my life and let me tell you they were horrible. This is a small town where everybody knows everybody so its hard to separate school from home. Teachers and administrators work hard to ensure the education of each student. Discipline is strict and rules are enforced. Parents with the complaints usually have the children who break the rules.

There are serious problems with the administration at WSHS. The district doesn't seem to care or is not willing to fix the problems. Really disturbing rumors about the principal are whispered by parents, students and even teachers. Some people say this is where they send their problem administrators...
