The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Henry Perrine Baldwin high school is a diverse but well kept school. The best objects of the school are simple yet very well prepped with the athletics as well as the academics. Being a senior at Baldwin highschool has been a journey. As a freshman i've never had the guidance when I first started. I had a very trust worthy and kind heArted staff and peers who were willing to help me get things done. Everyone is like a big family where we know if we need something we know who to go to.

I like the kindness of the teachers. We have excellent sport teams and we win alot. I would like the school meals to change to teen friendly and various items, not the same thing every week.
I am an alumni of H.P. Baldwin High School. I love this school so very much. The academics and programs offered are diverse and amazing. I love this school so much I am coming back to teach here. I would recommend this school highly. I believe it is the best school on Maui.

The 10th grade teachers do not update Classroll consistently. I don't know if and when my child receives a bad grade until it's too late - and he won't tell me. When requesting teachers to contact me when my child's grades begin to drop - there is little-to-zero interest in doing so. The perfunctory...
