The best parts of being a student of Waipahu Highschool is the pride and culture of the school. The school has a ton of activities for the students and opportunities for them to strive in what they deem worthy of their time. The worst part of my experience is the staff attendance, to be perfectly honest. There have been days where my counselor or even school staff I need to see, are absent 90% of the time. It took me 4 days to get an ID. I would like to see more accountability with staff attendance.

Waipahu high school is pretty great. The community is very tightly knit and teachers are always pushing you to do your best while the staff behind the scenes do their best to provide opportunities for their students.

The best parts of Waipahu are the students and teachers. Because Waipahu is such a culturally-diverse community, so many people are able to get along with each other. We are able to relate to each other's experiences or are just friendly. Waipahu also has so many opportunities for their students such as certification programs, A.S. degrees, internships, and work-base learnings. We are able to gain experience in areas we are interested in because of the school which helps to prepare us for college and our careers.

I was racially harassed at Waipahu High School during an entire class period, then brutally assaulted after class. I could find no one to help me during the attack.
