Even though Wake Christian may not be the most fun school to go to. They do get you prepared for life after high school. My personal experience wasn't the best, but at the time I was only looking for fun instead of education. I wish they were more diverse considering there was only around 20 African-American students in the entire high school so it felt very odd. Since we don't recruit most of our sports are at a disadvantage and the food is good, but it's the same every week. So overall the school is good education wise, but not to have the best high school experiences.

I attended Wake Christian Academy kindergarten through 12th grade. Classroom and academic expectations were always communicated well. There were many extra-curricular activities and athletics to participate in. One of my favorite electives I took while at Wake Christian was Practical Christian Service. We volunteered with The Good News Express to share the gospel at the NC State Fair and volunteered at local assisted living facilities where we played BINGO with the residents. I learned how to be the hands and feet of Jesus through this class and it blessed my heart in so many ways. I hope they bring it back as an elective for the current students.

Overall, I believe Wake Christian is a great place. The academics are excellent and will prepare you well for college. One thing that should change is the way admin approaches student conflict with one another. The Fine Arts department is excellent, and they should make a bigger band room. The sports are fairly good. The track team is amazing. Jacob Seibert really turned that program into a very successful one.

We have loved our experience at Wake Christian where we feel staff is welcoming and the school puts Christ first. The academics are rigorous and there are many sports and extracurricular activities as well. Highly recommend.
