Academically, North Corbin has been a great school for my son. He has attended this school since kindergarten and is now a 5th grader. Most of his teachers have been very pleasant and helpful. However, we have had a couple of teachers in the past that seem to not be suited for teaching small children. I have also been disappointed numerous times with the front desk staff. They are never friendly and are pretty rude. The principal is also very rude. I'd also really like to see more parent envolvement.

This school the front office administration and the teachers are absolutely amazing! My 7 year old special needs son (ADHD, ODD, & an intellectual disability) put them through the ringer and they never gave up on him. The principal (Glenda Newman) is not helpful & borderline rude to me as a parent. My children are afraid of her.
