I have went to Warrenton High School for 4 years. I have enjoyed my experience very much through my academic success and my athletic involvement. The academics have pushed me to do my best and try my hardest.

It's really a toss-up on whether you will have a teacher that genuinely cares about you and your grades or a teacher that is just there to be paid and leave. Some teachers do the absolute minimum, and some don't even teach. There are multiple teachers who don't know what they're talking about half the time, and are then corrected by the students. Thank goodness the arts programs at school are a sort of safe-haven, otherwise I would have begged my parents to pull me from the district a long time ago.

The school is plagued by bullying, drug use in the bathrooms, vaping, and frequent fights—this is the daily reality. There was a "Former student with a gun" Had faught another student. The teachers is lacking skills. The students are rude to staff and other students.

My child is a freshman and has had a great experience. He is happy and feels challenged academically and athletically. We are happy with our switch from the local private school to Warrenton High School.
