Overall the experience had some highs and lows but I'm glad that I attended Dunbar because it gave me life long friendships and a understanding how how harsh the real world is.

Dunbar is a good school, but I suggest u to not to be an unattractive person there what so ever because people will try u there a lot. Because ugly in that school is not a good feeling. I suggest people that is ugly in there to find the right friends bc there is going to be very kind people there. I was not that good looking and people will act annoying.

Dunbar is an Sports Academic School. When I was coming out of middle school I was asked to play on the girls basketball team. I never thought I would go to Dunbar I thought I would follow in my sister footsteps to going to McKinley Tech which was right up the street from Dunbar. The best parts of Dunbar were the friends I made . I made plenty of genuine friendships and met some incredible people. As I was transitioning through high school Covid-19 approached and were sent home and i was not able to finish my 10th grade year or go to school for my 11th grade year. So meanwhile i was at home and had a lot of thinking and time on my hands . Being at home made me lose the love for basketball and help me change myself as a person. Even though we won 2 championships. I feel as though it was the teammate that would honestly make me lose the love for basketball. I didn't play my 12th grade year and kind of regretted it. The school doesn't need any changes the teachers and the school is great.
