Walls is THE BEST SCHOOL in DC. The skills taught are exactly what has helped me in my experience with their George Washington Early College Program, an incredible opportunity that allows you to take and get credit for college courses early (For Free!!!), and earn your associates degree by the end of high school. By attending the school, you will be surrounded by incredible minds that will go on to do great things in life. Each class is filled with in depth discussion and a collaboration style of learning between students and teachers. I would recommend applying to every DC resident I know.

Its a great high school in terms of academics, great place for early college readiness, much of what you do here is what you'll be doing in college. In terms of other stuff, food isn't so great, you have to pay for the school lunch (which isn't the best) and although we are allowed to purchase food outside the school during lunch, the area is very expensive. They offer alot of sports, but personally, not offering football is a downside for me.

This is my first year, but my child has received a lot of support and I would recommend the school for any child who is willing to put in the work.
