The best parts of my experience would probably be that Oconee is very academically focused. 8 classes per year, 8 credits per year, and lots of resources at the school. The only two downsides for me are the lack of diversity (not the school's fault, just county demographics), and in my experience teachers are very hit or miss. There are some amazing teachers here that are incredibly invested in students lives and education, and others are somewhat meh. Overall, 7.5/10 school for me.

Oconee County High School is a great place when it comes to learning and specializing in a career-focused education. The teachers are great and the overall atmosphere of the school is amazing. However, the food at the cafeteria is horrible and honestly disgusting. The admin to like to make up dumb rules that don't make sense like 'No Tech-Tuesday' like bffr.

I enjoy going to school in Oconee County; it allows us not only to have the freedom of expression through clothing and clubs, but also through sports, and our education. This school does not force us to conform to specific societal norms, but rather helps us to embrace who we truly are as a part of the world. With amazing teachers that help us to not only learn, but also help create a safe environment to speak freely, and amazing students I find myself longing to get more involved in the school clubs, and events.

I went to this school for 10 years and one thing I was continuously taught was that appearance was everything. This school also lied over and over to parents about what was really going on behind closed doors. I then transferred schools to a nearby high school after moving and when I requested my tr...

I am a student currently and very disappointed in this school. Just to warn everyone, this school should not be rated a 10 at all. Extremely misleading. Oconee is very cliquish and teachers are not impressive. I hate to rate this school so low, but I'm disappointed with the staff and students. Other...
