Watonga schools are great and horrible at the same time. The teachers most of the time only care of themselves but teach what they need to. I've learned the things I've needed to learn throughout my high school years so I am almost prepared for college.

The teachers here are very welcoming to the students but students are not challenged enough academically speaking. Parents are not involved in their child's life and it shows with grades and behavior.

Worst district I’ve ever seen. Administration doesn’t care about it’s staff or teachers. There is an excuse for everything including absenteeism, test scores, complaints, etc. Pay is below average and student satisfaction needs improvement. Teachers need additional support.
