I have had nothing but a great high school experience at Waunakee from the teachers to the sports. Waunakee sets their students up for success in every way imaginable.

I really have enjoyed going to Waunakee high school my past four years. Out of all the years here there has not been one time that I have been worried about my safety or well-being within the school. If I ever have an issue I feel 100% confident and comfortable that people here have my back in supporting me. Whether that be social workers, school counselors, or administration. I am on my high school dance team and have been since freshman year, being on the team has provided me with a welcoming community. I think having a second family like dance team has totally made my high school experience. To me that says a lot about our athletics in general. I don't know many of my peers that aren't involved in an extra-curricular because of how encouraged they are at our school. The only change I would like to see is possibly giving us more breaks during the day. It may not be common in schools but I know for myself and other students it can be very hard to focus for 8 hours straight.

We are a military family and we have lived here 2 and half years. Our son has been going to the high school for a few months now and I honestly have no complaints. It is a wonderful school and the teachers seem to be really great they have emailed and reached out a lot. Our kids do play sports so we...

The people here categorize themselves as the "rich" or "not rich" and if your not rich they hate you, and if you are rich they love you. Also all of the girls are brats, they only care about rich people, and being mean to others. They always put themselves first, and its always about being more skin...

Not really well always get picked on because of my skin color and also that this school treat students of different race differently and also once you get to this school you are put into a rich or not rich category. and on top of it this school has a huge vaping problem and with drugs and that they...

Phenomenal. I had two students in this high school, one with Special Needs and one without who was not an athlete. Both were extremely successful due in most part to understanding counselors, incredible teachers and caring staff and management. By far the beast high school experience of my five chil...
