I graduated from Wendell High School in 2023. I was part of the student council, band, and cross-country team. The school did have some issues lacking resources, but enough to help prepare for college. My English teacher and Math teacher were the best. Some other teachers were lackluster and a handful negatively affected some students. The food was never good so many will go off campus. Overall keep your head down and be as involved as you can.

Wendell High School is a nice small school for the town it's located in. It's got a great community built around it. The school itself has its own up sides and downsides to it. I would like to see some remodeling done, starting with the bathrooms because it has been heavily abused.

The Wendell school district needs some work. I feel as if the administration needs some refining. There are also some issues when it comes to college readiness, I feel as though we seniors are alone and have to figure everything out on our own.
