no backpack policy makes it hard for kids to get there books and materials to classes especially when there on the other side of the school. with the addition of chromebooks instead of ipads it will be very hard for the children to carry the books to classes without dropping them. There is no sports other then volleyball and no other clubs or afterschool activities. School is behind others in keeping up to date with the rest of the district schools and the work they are presenting to the 6th graders aren't challenging them and encouraging them to learn when the material is boring then the children give up. Administration doesn't want to address issues unless it goes before the SIC and the PTO and they vote on things without bringing in other parents or advertising when they will have meetings to get parents more involved or encourage them.
