The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

My small-town school is safe, supportive place with strong parental involvement. The smaller size allows for personalized attention from teachers, and students build close-knit relationships with classmates. While the school may have fewer resources or extracurriculars than larger ones, it fosters a strong sense of community, making it a great place for kids to grow.

The community within the school always supports each other. We come together as a whole to support sports, families, and charity groups. The teachers in the building care and do their best to put us on the right path for what they believe would be best for us. Last year was a big year for sports over half the school bused to watch the girls play at Hershey. We all had red and white on along with face paint , and never stopped cheering them on. As for academics our FBLA students seem to always make it to states and everyone is willing to help out a struggling student.

The best thing about West Middlesex is that it is a small school and a small town. The school also offers a lot of classes and it attends to the need of advanced students and kids that need help in certain areas. For the most part my school wants to see it's students grow and succeed.
Terrible, that's the only word needed to describe this school. It doesn't care about its students, it does little to nothing to help those in need and does not prepare students for upper level education.Bullying goes on unchecked and the teachers even participate in the name calling and put downs to...
I'm a former student who went to school in west Middlesex all my life. The school certainly has it's problems: The comically inept school board, the feudal-like power that comes with the correct surnames, and the typical small town emphasis on sports. That being said it has many upsides. Most of the...
