Suffield High School was a pretty average school to attend. The food was terrible but I don't think you'd get better food at any school in US with our government policies on food. Athletically they definitely valued more sports over others and it showed with the way the budget was spent. They don't really prepare you for what college is actually like, some misinformed ideas being spread thats for sure.

Teachers are great and committed to their students,, but it has several issues with diversity and combating hatred and discrimination. Many white students throw around the n-word like there's no tomorrow, and the school is infested with Trump supporters that flaunt their hatred and ignorance everywhere they go.

Mostly great teachers, a few that weren't the best but for the most part they were all really great and supportive. Lots of clubs and sports offered.

This school seems like it is perpetually in transition. There is tension between the locals who have lived here all their lives and those who moved here in the last 20 years. It has created issues on the Board and has shown itself in the school leadership. Several good leaders have left the district...

I have family who work in the school system and have a perspective from the inside, and the consensus is that Suffield is an exceptional school. Also, as a graduate myself, I can attest that I was prepared for...
