Over the past 5 years, the school leaderboard and council has gotten replaced multiple times, they cannot hold good leadership. Any of the decent teachers are run out by the students—only to almost never even get replaced because they can’t get anymore qualified individuals to fill in. Many of the s...

This is a great rural school. There are pros and cons to a small school. There are a limited number of teachers and often limited opportunities. At Custer County you have the problem of limited teachers. If your student doesn't like the Spanish teacher there isn't another to chose from, as in a city...
