Over the past 5 years, the school leaderboard and council has gotten replaced multiple times, they cannot hold good leadership. This is a great rural school. There are pros and cons to a small school. There are a limited number of teachers and often limited opportunities. At Custer County you have the problem of limited teachers. If your student doesn't like the Spanish teacher there isn't another to chose from, as in a city...
