During my time at Westmoreland High School I have experienced many amazing and interesting things. The faculty is nice but there is often drama between teachers. The bathrooms are always closed due to students trashing them. The food is atrocious. However I love my school. Everyone in our school supports our sports and performing arts groups extensively. Westmoreland has a certain charm and holds a very special place in the hearts of those who attend.

My overall experience has been very good at Westmoreland. It was easy for me to make friends here. The Westmoreland Marching Band and Winter Color Guard are awesome. Most of my teachers are very good at what they teach . I think they should do more in the junior year in preparing students who want to go on to college and expressing to parents /students the importance of going on college visits. Also, the high school is old and can use some updating. There are not enough bathrooms for all the students.

This school has such a wide variety of extracurricular varying from Field band to football, to tennis to drama. The academics are also very wide spread.
