5 because I think the teachers need to focus more on actually teaching the students to understand the techniques of the curriculum before moving onto new material and STOP teaching them to only memorize things, that's not teaching. The school is ok. The environment is not a friendly place to learn. The principle should be the dean at someone's college instead of principal of an elementary school.
