Kvhs is a larger school in our area. There are times it seems too big and sometimes it feels too small. Faculty for students with disabilities could definitely be improved.

My experience at KV has been quite nice. I enjoy the building and many of my teachers. However, there are some negatives. Specifically, the lack of safety given to LGBTQIA+ students and the ignorance of bullying in many cases. Something I would like to see changed is the amount of funding given to teachers to pay them. I would also like to see more funding go into the art programs, rather than our sports teams.

I had a good experience with Kankakee Valley High School. The teachers and administrators were all extremely nice and supportive. I wish there were more diversity, although this facility is located in a small rural area. I also wish there were more preparation for SAT or ACT because I think students can benefit more from it.

No matter what you hear from others, I love this school. The teachers care about the students education and they are so engaging!
