GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have always had a good experience at Whippany Park on average. However, at the beginning of my freshman year there was a large leak in the roof of the gym that took until the middle of my sophomore year to be fixed. During that time, trash cans full of rain water lined the halls to keep it off of the floor which spilled at least one time.

Whippany high school is a very tight community and welcoming. Not a big school, so it's easy to navigate where your going. Also the food is fantastic. The school can work on fixing the clocks and having better air conditioner and heater. Sadly, some of the teachers, staff, classmates, can be quite ignorant towards kids of color which is why I think this school lacks diversity.

The teachers working at Whippany Park High School can either be very good or very bad. There's quite a few teachers who are outwardly racist but there's also teachers that genuinely care about your wellbeing. The school could also definitely fix the AC system and the roof so it stops leaking.
