My experience was entertaining and educational. I enjoyed my art classes and traveling to the academy. I would like to see our sports program to be changed for the better and more parent involvement.

I came to Cass for my final semester of senior year needing a fresh start after handling a terrible situation at home, and that's exactly what I got. The student body was supportive and welcoming, the teachers cared about me and challenged me in the classroom, and I was awarded with opportunities I wouldn't have gotten at my old school.

Overall, my experience has been great here at Cass high school. By far the best aspect of Cass is the Band program, everyone is involved in the AP program here. The band here has given me a home away from home and a closeness to others I haven't felt before, almost like the other band students are my siblings. Everyone working in the AP program at Cass is honestly dedicated to the students and watching them succeed, I've never had an instance where I have needed help and not been able to find it. The biggest drawback at Cass is the janitorial staff, some of the staff is truly trying but they are in their latter half of life and really can't do much, the janitors we do have that are able-bodied have no work ethic, and we rarely ever see them clean and are lucky if we have one bathroom in the school that has been cleaned within the last week. with all that being said it's easy to look over the cleaning issues when you have such a supportive staff and a home away from home.

My issue is with the principal and it is such a major issue that I felt obliged to give this school only one star. I think this school is great. It's so big and nice and clean. Teachers are excellent and they are fun to learn with. The school will do whatever it takes to create lifelong learners.

Cass High is at new location! People explain our school as a castle. Our principal went and did a clean up of most of our bad teachers last year and this year we have a bunch of teachers who care and want to help there kids pass!
