It is a fine enough school with everything that can be expected from one of its size. I really believe that administration and the school board are indifferent to students at times. That was my only issue with the school.

Great small town school, heavily influenced by tradition. Over the years they have won several state titles and the Lone Star Cup. You get to know all of your teachers and some you get multiple years in a row. Sports are pushed hard and as is band. You will rarely find a student who is not involved in some sort of extracurriculars. It's what you do in a small town.

We moved to the White Oak area for the school system. When my son began having trouble in high school, there was an alternate learning system already in place. He has been doing well there.

White Oak academics are great, and the sports are great competitors also. but on the other hand there are high problems with drugs and moderate pregnancy problem. And the community refuses to believe it. The teacher student relationship for the most part is okay but there is sme teachers who dont be...
