Positive and nurturing overall. Focus on kids and not political correctness.

The Teachers are highly educated - some are child caring. Reading program is strong - Math and other subjects are weak. Very poor, ineffective, abstract Phonics programs with excessive, time wasting testing. They should model N. Muskegon's successful program. Age appropriate is key. Frequent changes...

This is a great school. When many local schools are cutting programs, my kids still have art, music, computers, and this year they even added a program called "Leadership". The only thing more I could want is a foreign language. The staff really cares about the kids and wants them to learn.
