I think Whitko is good for none fancy people. It barely has fighting/bullying and when it does that stuff gets taken care of.

Some of the best experiences I had at Whitko would all be from the art teacher. He's the only teacher who is memorable and actually helps me learn things. My junior year of high school is when I actually started to learn things and that's solely because I was taking AP classes and the teachers who taught those classes knew how to teach. If you plan on taking "regular" classes don't expect much learning to happen.

I've gone to Whitko all of my life and there are some pretty amazing things about it. We are a very small school which can be a good and bad thing. The good things are like having small classes so you can work more one on one with your teachers. You also become very close with all the kids at your school because were so small. Sports teams become like your second family because you are with them from the beginning of the day to the end.

Whitko has a long history of truly great teachers, great arts, and sports that generally don’t do well…but in the last few years, amazing teachers have left for greener pastures, students report more bullying that isn’t handled, and parents, teachers, and students are increasingly frustrated. The sc...

In the year 2013 our grade from the state was an A. Our school now has AP classes in English, Math and Science. We have dual credit classes and internships in technical fields such as Engineering, Broadcasting, medical fields and many more. They also have classes such as Welding, CMA etc. in which a...

First of all let me start with the fact that I have recently graduated from Whitko High School myself. Secondly yes there is only one kind of AP class and yes it is English only, however; there are additional AP classes that can be taken online supervised in a class room or at home in order for stud...

Whitko is a horrible, horrible school. I don't even know where to start. First, the only AP class you can actually take at Whitko that ISN'T online is AP English. Otherwise, you have to take an Apex course online (by yourself, unaided). Second, the students at Whitko are horribly unmotivated. They p...
