Whittemore-Prescott is the biggest joke I've ever seen for a school district. I wasted all of 12 years at this school, and in no way at all did it prepare me for college. If you don't have a popular last name in this school, you are treated poorly and not given the same respect and opportunities as others.

This is a small school which allows for a lot of opportunities to participate in extra activities. Many students come from very low income homes which I think impacts our education level.

The principal ensures that every student feels safe when attending school. There is a zero tolerance for bullying and doing so can lead to detention, in-school suspension, out-of-school suspension, and if the problem continues expulsion.

I recently graduated from this school last year, in 2013. The school isn't necessarily a bad school. But, it definitely isn't the greatest school. It all comes down to funding. W-P is a school district that is stretched to the very limits of its financial means, but still puts the kids first.
