My time at James Wood has been a very good enjoyable experience. I have met some of my lifelong best friends that I plan to stay in contact with for a very long time. Met a bunch of very great teachers that have helped me so much over the past 4 years.

Overall, the school is a wonderful place. The students and staff are delightful, and you feel engaged when you enter the building. The only thing I would change is the parking lot, which is extremely small.

Jameswood highschool not a good environment for learning and developing brains. Many of the teachers lack important lesson plans and fail to meet students needs. Many of the kids are openly racist, homophobic, and sexist. The school has almost no natural light. The rooms are small with many students to a classroom. Jameswood highschool lacks cohesion of the student and faculty meeting together to learn.

Two stars overall.One star (because zero stars isn’t possible) for the lack of proper funding to the arts program. you get no respects by others unless you do sports, wear hollister or american eagle, barely any minority/ respect towards minorities. don't go here, don't come.
