Carver is a school i am glad that I transferred too. Carver has opened my eyes a lot to a number of things especially the importance of self care.

my experience at carver high school was very fun my i played for the basketball team for 2 years . i had a great time with my teachers and friends with the activities we had. what i would like to see change is the culture of the students wanting to learn and the judgement of the school. the judge was if u went to carver u was slow and didn't know anything .

My experience was like any other high school student, normal. There are ,any sports to join, except swimming wish they had it there. Not so much school spirit, or supportive of clubs and too many rules, makes you feel like a prisoner. As well as wish not only Carver but the lunch system had more of a Vegan Menu. Besides all that it is a good school, Love their Beta club. It is a club that makes you fell important, like you're making a change, improving not only yourself but the whole school. Another club I wished they had would be has to be a culinary club, or something along the lines.

My oldest daughter had average to good grades, but when she enrolled at community college, she had to take remedial English and Math courses to be accepted even though she always had above average grades at Carver.
